Innkeepers Don and Katherine Sanderson know how to give their guests extraordinary service in an equally stellar setting. Their venerable Victorian is all graceful lines and high ceilings, adorned with authentic period antiques and moody stained glass. Despite intricate wall coverings, sweeping velvet drapes, and canopy beds, the spacious rooms are uncluttered and welcoming. Recline in the comfortable parlor with afternoon cordials or peruse the DVD library for an in-room movie. You'll want to rest up after a three-course breakfast that might include a special house omelet with fresh herbs. The two suites in the adjacent carriage house have a simpler, cottage style.
