Nauset House Inn Review

You could easily spend a day trying out all the places to relax in this early-19th-century farmhouse. There's a parlor with comfortable chairs and a large fireplace, an orchard set with picnic tables, and a lush conservatory with a weeping cherry tree in its center. Rooms in both the main building and the adjacent Carriage House have stenciled walls, quilts, and unusual antique pieces, as well as hand-painted furniture, stained glass, and prints done by one of the owners. The beach is ½ mi away (they'll set you up with beach chairs and towels). In early evening, wine and snacks are served to guests in the main house.
