Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution Ocean Science Exhibit Center Review
You can learn about the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution at this small center with exhibits on its various projects. This is a great way to see some of the research vessels, including a full-scale mock-up of the submersible Alvin. If you'd prefer to see the actual institution, hour-long walking tours are offered weekdays at 10:30 and 1:30 in July and August. Tours begin at 93 Water Street and are free, but reservations are required.
