Fodor's Review:
The last real deal left in town, this homey Victorian has been in the same family since 1914. Fourth-generation proprietors Joanne and Steve Marcoux are so nice, and the rates so reasonable, you're willing to overlook the shared baths and gently worn furnishings. Here you'll find the authentic, pre-glitz Nantucket. Pros: Friendly native owners, no pretense, the true Nantucket. Cons: Noisy street, small rooms, shabby (but clean).
