Fodor's Review:
What do you get when you build a pub in Ireland, dismantle it, and ship it across the ocean, to be reconstructed in the desert? An Irish pub in one of the city's most elegant off-Strip resorts that looks like a wee bit o' the Emerald Isle. J. C. Wooloughan offers Irish beers and beer blends, an extensive list of fine Irish whiskeys, and lots of Irish foods, both familiar and not-so. Cheek-by-jowl with the corned beef and cabbage, you find Irish sausage rolls, beef-and-Guinness pie, and all-day Irish breakfast. Finish with Aunt Maura's sticky toffee pudding.
