  GREAT room, GREAT price, SO-SO service.

  As you may or may not know the Signature at MGM Grand is a condo hotel property. This means the rooms are all owned by private parties and they are handed off to the hotel for rent when the private party is not using it. Anyways, my experience was nothing less than a fantastic all the way. I researched the hotel before hand so I knew that it doesn't have major restaurants, I knew that it does not have a casino it the hotel, and I knew that it was about a 10-15 minute walk from the strip. That said, the hotel rooms are outstanding, the views that we had were awesome, and short of a little check in snafu, the entire stay was everything you would expect for the awesome reviews this hotel receives. And add my review to that list. By the way, the BALCONY rooms are the best!

  Quiet Luxury

  The Signature is a very low key and comfortable place to stay. It's conveniently connected to the MGM, with a moving walkway that takes you into the MGM right next to their spa. It's completely no smoking and has a Starbucks, a deli, and an excellent gym.
  
  We stayed in luxurious junior suite with a balcony and a good view of the Vegas strip. This room has a huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub easily big enough for two, a fantastically comfortable bed, and maybe best of all, a built in kitchenette that allows you to make your own coffee, cocktails, and snacks. One of the things I don't like about Vegas hotels is that none of them has a coffeemaker; this one does, along with a blender, toaster and empty mini refrigerator, all set up very attractively.
  
  Over the years, we've stayed at the Venetian, Luxor, TheHotel, my husband has stayed in an exectutive suite in the Wynn, and we both agree the Signature is our favorite so far. It may not be trendy enough for the younger crowd who might like TheHotel better, but for someone who likes a room that's very attractive and comfortable, a smokeless environment, and a soundproof room, the Signature is just great!
