¢-$, Barbecue, Summerlin
Fodor's Review:
A rambling space inside the snazzy Red Rock Resort done to resemble its progenitor in Driftwood, Texas, this down-home barbecue tempts palates with delicious smoked turkey and chicken platters, chopped beef and smoked sausage sandwiches, heaping sides of slaw and baked beans, and homemade pecan pie and peach cobbler. Exposed timber beams, stone walls, and varnished-wood tables lend a country vibe, as long as you overlook the clang of slot machines in the near distance. Regardless, it's all good fun.
