Squam Lake Inn Review
Graceful, simple Victorian furnishings fill the nine stylish rooms and suites at this peaceful farmhouse inn just a short stroll from Squam Lake. In each clean, comfortably furnished room you'll find organic toiletries and downy bathrobes. Red Barn, a home and garden shop, and a restaurant ($$) and bar serving lunch and dinner are open Memorial Day through late October. The inn is well away from the bustle of Winnipesaukee's amusements but within an easy drive of area eateries and shops. A full country breakfast and daily tea with afternoon desserts are included.
