Remick Country Doctor Museum and Farm

Remick Country Doctor Museum and Farm Review

For 99 years (1894-1993) Dr. Edwin Crafts Remick and his father provided medical services to the Tamworth area and operated a family farm. After the younger Remick died, these two houses were turned into the Remick Country Doctor Museum and Farm. The exhibits focus on the life of a country doctor and on the activities of the still-working farm. You can tour the farm daily, and each season features a special activity such as maple syrup making or building without nails. The second floor of the house has been kept as it was when Remick passed away; it's a great way to see the life of a true Tamworth townsman.
