Woodman Institute Museum Review

The Woodman Institute Museum is a campus of museums in nearby Dover consisting of four buildings: the 1675 William Damm Garrison House, the 1813 J.P. Hale House (home to abolitionist Senator John P. Hale from 1840 to 1873), the 1818 Woodman House, and the 1827 Keefe House. Exhibits focus on early-American cooking utensils, clothing, furniture, New Hampshire's involvement in the Civil War, Indian artifacts, and natural history.
