Angelo's Fairmount Tavern Review

Locals flock to this unassuming Ducktown favorite, decorated with New York Yankees and other sports memorabilia. Open and run by the same family since 1935, the restaurant is known for Italian standards as well as steaks and seafood. Lunch is one of the best deals around, with most entrees coming in at under ten dollars.

    Perfect for parties

Last March, my mom, grandma and myself went down to A.C. to celebrate my grandma's birthday. We planned it to go to Angelo's for dinner. My mom went there in the past and she had a very good experience. When we first went in, we saw the bar area. Then, we had to go up a step into the dinning room. It looked like we were in an Italian Vineyard. Plus we saw classic hall of famers from sports hanging from the walls. The food was served in huge portions. You do get your money's worth. We all had a nice time and my grandma had a really nice birthday.
