Egg

Egg Review

This small, spare North Side spot draws flocks of local hipsters for the hearty breakfasts, served until 6pm daily. Be prepared to wait, and salivate, on weekends, when the lines are infamously long. The Eggs Rothko is a brioche-wrapped, cheddar-topped egg with broiled tomatoes from Egg's sustainable farm in Oak Hill, NY. The French roast coffee is as excellent as you'd expect from a restaurant specializing in breakfast.
