The smell of freshly baked muffins permeates the 1887 house, which has antiques, original stained glass, and a pictorial history of the innkeeper's family. The suite—decorated with '50s furnishings and retro floral prints—has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private entrance, and a kitchen. You can fly-fish for brown trout at the edge of the 1-acre yard, where the Bushkill Stream flows by old stone retaining walls, or wander through a stone labyrinth. A full vegetarian breakfast is served, and there is a refrigerator in the common area.
