Seneca Falls' go-to restaurant for a classy dinner, Henry B's serves Italian-American fare in a dark-wood, white-tablecloth, low-lighted environment with a full bar up front. The homemade gnocchi with fresh basil pesto is a top seller; other entrées include pan-seared pork chops stuffed with pancetta, Gorgonzola, and spinach and huge servings of pasta loaded with rich ingredients that feed two to three people.
