The only lodging in this historic part of town and the sole B&B in all of Winston-Salem, the Zevely has made a name for itself as a romantic getaway. Tucked into a historic home right on Old Salem's Main Street, it has a way of transporting guests back several centuries. The rooms and common areas are filled with reproduction antiques of the 18th and 19th centuries. Every room has pleasant views of Old Salem or the inn's period gardens. A Continental breakfast is served on weekdays, and a full breakfast is offered on weekends.
