Theo's Taverna Review
This authentic Greek eatery is one of the nicest surprises in Pinehurst. Located right downtown, it offers a big selection of traditional specialties, including spankopita, pizettes, and gyros. Theo's outdoor seating is a fun option, as the concrete statues in the garden make you feel like you're in the Mediterrean. Every drop of olive oil used here comes from owners Elias and Helen Dalitsouris' own olive farm in Sparta, where they also live. You can buy your own bottle on your way out.
