The Captain's Table
The Captain's Table Review
South of the entrance for the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, this place is popular for its well-prepared food and homey manner. Stuffed flounder, fried soft-shell crabs, homemade crab salad, burgers, and assorted sandwiches are favorites though the menu also lists pasta, chicken, beef, and pulled pork. Weathered wood-shingle siding outside and maritime art and objects inside give the feel of an old-fashioned beach house.
