Old Edwards Inn and Spa Review
A $40-million renovation turned this 115-year-old inn into the smartest hotel in Highlands by far. Guest rooms have plasma TVs, DVDs, and a central digital-control screen for lights, music, and media. The outstanding spa has won national awards, and golf is available at the nearby Old Edwards Club. Just behind the main inn is The Lodge, with more rustic but still luxurious accommodations. The suites have fireplaces. There also are seven cottages, styled after English manor cottages, with more being planned.
