Marco Trattoria Review

Run by chef Mark Dambax, Marco Trattoria serves northern Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Wood-fired pizzas with such unusual toppings as ricotta cheese with carmelized rosemary onions or Gorgonzola cheese with pine nuts are specialties here. For dinner you can try leg of lamb with cannelini beans or orecchiette pasta with scallops, shrimp, and sundried tomatoes. The restaurant goes out of its way to promote local artists (the wife of the owner designed the restaurant's plates). Dine inside or under umbrellas in the front yard.
