Vidalia Review

Named for the famous sweet onion, this small bistro in the middle of town brings creative regional American cooking to the High Country. Large paintings dominate the tiny dining area, but it's the food, much of it from local organic farms, that stands out. For dinner, try the chicken and dumplings with sweet potato crisps or the sesame coriander tuna. Lunch on the lighter side offers several interesting salads along with hearty dishes like fried chicken and waffles. There's sidewalk seating also.
