Baldy's Barbeque Review
Bend's top-notch, family-friendly barbecue joint serves up tender ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and even catfish. The space is humble, but Baldy's isn't gunning for raves from Architectural Digest; it invests instead in serving up the tenderest, juiciest barbecue, seasoned with any of several house sauces. In warm weather, locals fill up the adjoining patio. Another location on Bend's east side also offers breakfast starting at 6 am.
