RiverPlace Hotel Review

All the guest rooms here have muted color schemes, Craftsman-style desks, and ergonomic chairs, and more than a quarter of them have amazing views of the river, marina, and skyline, as well as a landscaped courtyard. Extras include bathrobes, locally roasted coffee, Tazo tea in the room, and afternoon tea and cookies in the lobby.

    Plush River Place

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Portland on the river front. The rooms are outstanding - we had booked a one bedroom condo suite, but were upgraded to a two bedroom upon arrival. It was a special occasion (wife's birthday) and they service was superb. The staff did everything to ensure the stay was enjoyable - from the concierge booking dinner reservations to the front desk remembering her birthday to the little in room extras. This was very possibly the best service we have ever received at any hotel. Highly recommend the Kimpton Riverplace.
