If you're not on a budget, pull up a chair and slurp a bowl of Dungeness crab bisque, relish some oysters Rockefeller, and slice into a 28-day-aged steak or a mouthwatering seared scallop. It also serves game, lamb, and elegant desserts. The white-linen dining room has a gorgeous view of Siletz Bay and the private Salishan Spit, and there's a private dining room for those very special occasions. You could spend all evening perusing the wine list, as the resort's cellar has more than 17,000 bottles.
