This restaurant has made a favorable splash into Cannon Beach's dining scene. Built adjacent to the Sleepy Monk café, it serves seasonal food with an Irish twist, such as potato kale soup and its heralded Irish stew. Other offerings include a perfect steak or delicate fresh halibut. Start with chicken-bacon chowder or the curried mussels, and soak up the sauce with slices of piping-hot soda bread. Naturally, there are plenty of libations, including Irish whiskey. It's a terrific stop for people seeking something a little different at the coast.
