McMenamins Pub Review
Located in a restored turn of the century church, this member of the local McMenamins chain stays true to its bretheren with whimsical decor and artwork. You can order a Communication Breakdown Burger—Tillamook cheddar, onions, mushrooms, and peppers—among other burgers and sandwiches, including a few meatless options. Couple your choice with a creative ale such as chocolaty Black Rabbit Porter or raspberry Ruby Ale. Kid-pleasing comfort foods include grilled cheese, corn dogs, and peanut butter and jelly. The pub becomes more of a bar scene after 10 pm.
