After SakéOne's founders realized that the country's best water supply for sake was in the Pacific Northwest, they built their brewery in Forest Grove in 1997. It's one of only six sake brewing facilities in America and produces award-winning sake under three labels. The tasting room offers three different flights ($3-$10), including one with food pairing.
