Fodor's Review:

This eight-story hotel is a good value in a choice location -- like its neighbors, it's close to downtown as well as trendy Manayunk. Guest rooms are decorated in earth tones. In the lobby you can sink into an overstuffed easy chair. The glass-enclosed pool, which becomes an outdoor pool in summer, gets plenty of natural light.

Shabby and dirty for the money

Although the lobby is decent, the rooms are somewhat shabby and also dirty. The breakfast buffet is poor (limited, overcooked and not kept warm). We stayed there as it was close to Phila u, so location for us was good but the rest was poor.
