Don't arrive starving, because the sushi here always seems to take a little longer than you'd expect or hope for. Still, the small, rust-color room fills up quickly on the weekends with sushi lovers who kvell over creative house combinations like the killer maki -- broiled eel, cucumber, scallion and salmon skin -- and the "hot dog" roll (broiled yellowtail, asparagus, and scallions).
