Pesce

Pesce Review

For a glamorous (and noisy) scene in River Oaks, head for this lavish seafood emporium. Look around and dive in: a stunning aquarium fills one corner, and the ceiling undulates like waves. The kitchen, led by chef Mark Holley, prepares catches from all over the world, from Gulf Coast shellfish to Dover sole. You can feast on global flavors: Mediterranean, Thai, Spanish, Vietnamese, French, and Louisiana Creole. And although Pesce is now part of the Landry's restaurant group, you don't feel as though you've settled for a boring chain.
