If you can spare the time, skip the chain restaurants at the outlet malls and head to San Marcos's town square for lunch at this café and art gallery. The cheerful staff and bright, eclectic art-filled walls make for a very comfortable atmosphere. With choices like the zingy Holy Aioli sandwich of citrus-marinated chicken with cilantro aioli, lunch here beats any fast-food option at the mall. They serve breakfast until 4 pm.
