Chase the sun west from Austin to where an unforgettable experience awaits in this refined little ranch house. This is the place for expertly crafted wild-game dishes such as pistachio-crusted rattlesnake cakes or rich pheasant-confit tamales with white chocolate-tomatillo sauce.
