Michael's on the Hill Review
Swiss-born chef Michael Kloeti trained in Europe and New York before opening this dining establishment in a 19th-century farmhouse outside Stowe. In addition to à la carte options, Michael's four-course prix-fixe menus ($60) highlight European cuisine such as roasted rabbit with mirepoix or ravioli with braised autumn vegetables. There's live piano music weekends.
