Inn at Montpelier Review
There are just a few places to stay around town and this is the most charming option. This well-cared-for circa 1830 inn has antique four-poster beds and Windsor chairs. Outside the formal sitting room is a sensational wraparound Colonial-revival porch, perfect for reading a book or enjoying a drink from the inn's full bar and watching the townsfolk stroll by. Guests get use of a pantry and the common rooms. You can leave your car here and walk everywhere in town.
