Staunton Grocery Review
Featuring contemporary interpretations of Southern classics, the chef here focuses on local produce from the valley, and the menu changes seasonally. The Grocery is in the center of historic downtown Staunton. Look for pork belly with plums in a red-wine reduction or Southern fried quail on braised greens. Tasting menus of four or six courses are also offered, with wine pairings suggested by the house sommelier.
