Willow Restaurant Review

This handsome restaurant and bar in mahogany and jewel tones with 1930s-style photographs has a jazz-era feel. Its elegance can be felt in the polished wooden floors and the spacious dining rooms outfitted with white tablecloths. The cuisine combines the freshest ingredients with classic French and Italian influences. Featured are grilled flat breads with innovative toppings, bacon-wrapped monkfish, and a spicy coconut and lime fish stew. Park free in the building's garage to avoid the conscientious parking enforcement.

    Superb dining

    A lovely experience. The proscuitto/bruschetta appetizer was beautifully presented and was a great start. Asked for a wine recommendation; it was a perfect compliment to the dish. The lobster was wonderful;a lobster ravioli/lobster tail combination on a grilled zucchini. Incredibly flavourful; a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. And it was a perfect size. My experience in the States is that frequently there is WAY to much food on the plate. Not so here. By the by -- parking is not free (but is cheap); decore isn't anything remarkable in my mind --but the food and service were GREAT!
