Paradise Inn
Paradise Inn Review
Where else can you enjoy Sunday brunch in a historic heavy-timbered lodge halfway up a mountain? Tall windows provide terrific views of Rainier, and the warm glow of native wood permeates the large dining room. The lunch menu is simple and healthy—five kinds of burgers (salmon, black bean, chicken, bison, and beef), salads, and the like. For dinner, there's nothing like a hearty plate of the inn's signature bourbon buffalo meat loaf.
