Silver Cloud Inn Review
Tacoma's only waterfront hotel juts right out into the bay along picturesque Ruston Way and the historic Old Town area. Views are of the forested surroundings and the boardwalk marina area stretching along either side. Rooms are elegant, extra-comfortable, and functional, each with a microwave, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, 42-inch plasma TVs, and glossy bay vistas. Suites feel like rooms in a posh mansion, with plush carpets, overstuffed chairs, fireplaces, and corner hot tubs that hang out over the water. On Tuesday evening the hotel hosts free wine-and-cheese receptions.
