Baguette Box Review
Perched on the western edge of Capitol Hill, just a short walk up the hill from Downtown, this relaxed spot serves Vietnamese-inspired sandwiches on crusty baguettes—it's one of our favorite casual lunch options. You can eat at one of the simple tables inside or take your meal to go. Standout sandwiches include roasted leg of lamb with cucumber yogurt; a habit-forming crispy drunken chicken with tangy sauce; and grilled Asian eggplant with feta cheese and tomato. The truffle fries are also fantastic. Note that the Baguette Box closes early, at 8 pm.
