Seattle Nightlife

Ocho

Ocho Review

Blink and you'll miss it, and that would be a shame, because this tiny corner hot spot crafts some of the finest cocktails in town. Try the Donkey Tongue, made with chili-infused tequila, cucumber, pomegranate liqueur and lemon, or the San Miguel, a refreshing concoction of gin, St. Germain, lemon and rhubarb bitters. Dimly lit and loud, Ocho only has a few tables and bar seats, and it fills up fast with an attractive crowd that flocks here for the drinks and top-notch Spanish tapas. It's usually possible to snag a table without a wait during the weekend happy hour from noon to 6. Come summer, the slender sidewalk patio is an ideal spot for soaking up the sun and people-watching.
