The Port Bistro

The Port Bistro Review

Since opening in spring 2006, Larry Piaskowy and Jennifer Williams's restaurant has received rave reviews from critics, local diners, and tourists alike. The emphasis is on locally grown products, so the menu changes with the season. Staples include the Bistro Burger, handformed of Montana range natural beef on a housemade bun, available at lunch. Dinner offerings include Willapa Bay oysters and clams, in such dishes as gumbo and bouillabaisse, and fish, beef, free-range chicken, and vegetarian options. The clam chowder is a year-round favorite.
