Red Caboose Getaway Review

Vintage metal railcars form the centerpiece of this bed-and-breakfast, where you get to sleep in a luxury train, each decorated with a different famous theme. Track 1 is the Casey Jones, outfitted with the original conductor's desk and intercom; Track 2 holds the bright-red Orient Express, a cozy, wood-infused space with two-person whirlpool bath; Track 3 is the family-size Circus Caboose, with a boat-shape jetted tub and two extra bunks; Track 4 captures an Old West theme with desert decor and an antique claw-foot bathtub; Track 5 has a lavender theme and two-person whirlpool tub; and Track 6 honors the area's wine industry and accommodates four guests. The gleaming Silver Eagle restaurant, in an elegant 1937 Zephyr dining car, turns out hot, four-course breakfasts on china and crystal.
