Olympic Peninsula Restaurants

C'est Si Bon

C'est Si Bon Review

Far more Euro-savvy than is typical on the Olympic Peninsula, this first-rate restaurant stands out for its decor as well as for its food. The fanciful dining room is done up in bold red hues, with crisp white linens, huge oil paintings, and glittering chandeliers; the spacious solarium takes an equally formal approach. The changing menu highlights homemade onion soup, Cornish hen, Dungeness crab soufflé, and filet mignon. The wine list is superb, with French, Australian, and Northwest choices to pair with everything.
