Kirk House Bed and Breakfast Review

Rooms are all differently decorated in this 1907 Craftsman bungalow, the summer home of steel magnate Peter Kirk: the Garden Room has a botanical motif, the sunny Trellis Room is done in soft shades of yellow and green, and the Arbor Room has French doors leading out to the garden. You may take breakfast in the parlor—or have it in bed, served on antique Limoges china. Bountiful wicker-basket picnics, with all the trimmings, can be prepared for a day's excursion—but you might not need one after the full breakfast provided each morning.

    Perfect for us

Perfect in all ways. But, there is no jacuzzi in the Trellis room, or choice of breakfast in bed, or sodas in the fridge. An updating of their amenities is in order. But, the place is wonderful. Quiet, location .
