Like a speakeasy with flair, the Starlight is really three separate establishments: a fine restaurant, a college pool hall, and a martini-and-cigar bar (with an extensive martini menu). All nestled within Ellensburg's most prominent structure, the turreted 1889 Davidson Building. Chef Jordan Lawson builds a variety of hearty dishes around certified Angus beef.
