Fodor's Review:
This 1929 hotel is a European potpourri: Spanish architecture, French interior design, Italian marble. Revolving doors lead to the impressive lobby bar-restaurant, whose shiny floor and bold bronze ornamentation are throwbacks to the days when Buenos Aires earned its reputation as the so-called Paris of Latin America. The charm stops there, though: rooms have sparse old furnishings, and beds and bathrooms are tired.
