Fodor's Review:
There's one, and only one, reason to come to the overpriced restaurant of the Hotel Park Tower: to take in the evening views across Retiro from the glass-covered dining room. Everybody needs that gleaming-modern-city feeling now and then. The best time to come is during the 7 PM-10 PM happy hour; drinks and apps are free for hotel guests, but visitors, too, can crash the party, buy drinks, and partake of the extensive free buffet, which could easily become your dinner if you don't watch out. (The real dinner menu, however, is overpriced.)
