This Italian restaurant has helped reinvigorate what was a staid culinary enclave on Sucre Street in Bajo Belgrano. The corner spot is owned by two rock stars of the Argentine gastronomy scene: restaurateur and musician Fabian "Zorro" Von Quintiero and Donato De Santis, a native of Italy who is one of Argentina's most recognizable chefs. The duo hits the mark with Bruni, offering up fresh and authentic Italian dishes in a lively and lovely environment. The pastas are made fresh on-site with a machine imported from Italy. Don't miss the mouth-watering burratta with prosciutto or the rucula risotto served with Patagonian ribs. Finish things off with affogato, a smorgasbord of gelato, chocolate, sambuca, amaretto, and espresso that is truly to die for.
