Peruvian fusion is all the rage in Buenos Aires these days, and one of the best is this slinky, loungy spot under the direction of chef Dennys Yupanqui. Dine at table or go for a more relaxed seat on one of the comfy bar couches. Either way you're in for a treat. Don't miss the excellent ceviche, nor the strangely named "pizza" of shellfish and smoked potatoes, which isn't a pizza, but is stunningly good. Great drinks from the bar plus friendly and efficient service all add up to a great night out without the pretensions of some of the more well-publicized nueva peruana spots.
