Hotel Libertador Review
This big hotel has definitely seen better days, though rooms are clean (if worn around the edges)—the faded bedcovers, textured wallpaper, and scuffed Formica furnishings of the standard rooms really aren't up to the price. Because it caters to tour groups, the hotel's staff speaks reasonable English. The more recently renovated "superior" rooms are marginally better.
