For a more sophisticated take on regional delicacies, such as llama in Malbec, or grilled trout from the local Yala river, El Churqui has got it. A restaurant and vinoteca with a cellar worth checking out, it only stocks wines made at great height. This busy spot, which takes advantage of a modern use of ingredients, cooks up a succulent goat stew and a sizzling barbecue worth ordering for its smell alone. Reservations are a good idea.
